BlueCloud makes use of the latest cloud technology, hence there is no need for any special hardware on your end. All that is required is an internet enabled computer with a headset for each agent – you don’t even need your telephone system anymore. Does not get much simpler than that.

BlueCloud is a pay-as-you-go service with no contracts and no up front hardware investments required. You will pay in advance per seat/month. Payment can be made using a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Amex) or via direct debit (selected markets - contact us for information about your location). Telephony/VoIP charges are also paid in advance by purchasing credits. You will be notified by email when credit is low so you can top up your account.

As BlueCloud does not require any special infrastructure or equipment on your end, this can be done very quickly. Depending on the number of agents you wish to enable, set-up can be done as early as the same day if required. We will provide the required training online and will give you access to extensive content on our online knowledge base, such as simple step-by-step articles, useful examples and how-to videos.

BlueCloud is the ideal solution for multi-site set up and for home-based staff. Through BlueCloud’s Live Monitor, you are able to monitor and manage staff remotely from any device. Our online BlueCloud Chat functionality is also a powerful way to keep the entire team connected at all times.
